Description

On April 18, OCHAR will facilitate an update on the Town of Chapel Hill's plans to rewrite its Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO). LUMO regulations govern development, including where buildings can be located on a property, how tall they can be, what they can be used for, and much more. This same set of rules can also determine the design of streets, parking lots, lighting and signs, stormwater infrastructure, and landscaping.
